The Dashboard Marketing module enables Marketing to instantly update photos, pricing, options, and lot information from wherever they are. Since the App dynamically creates unique web pages per the Buyer's selections, simply update the data and the App does the rest! The App traffic data from various Marketing channels is stored in the Cloud and feeds the Sales analytics.

DESIGN = DESIGN DEPT.

Using the Dashboard Design tools, Designers can design and visualize exterior colors, interior upgrades, and floorplan options - before marketing them. Once approved, they can instantly publish their final designs to their App online - themselves. Utilizing analytics of Buyer shopping and purchasing behavior via Dashboard Analytics, Designers can continually refine their designs and options to better appeal to target customers.

In the Dashboard's Sales module, Salespeople can mine analytics of the most popular colors, plans, neighborhoods, lots, and options. They can use this data to generate sales leads and email campaigns. If Buyers register and save Favorites, they can track individual behavior in addition to anonymous aggregate analytics. This in turn enables highly targeted and personalized Marketing campaigns.
